Founded in 2011, Galesville LTC Pharmacy has proudly served residents, caregivers, and long-term care facilities in the Coulee Region for over a decade. Led by PharmD Catherine Swing, our pharmacy specializes in long-term care offering expert guidance, personalized medication management, and comprehensive support to improve resident outcomes.

In 2024 Galesville LTC Pharmacy partnered with LTCRx in Chippewa Falls, WI. Our two locally owned pharmacies have built a strong foundation for delivering specialized pharmacy solutions to Long-Term Care settings including Skilled Nursing Facilities, CBRFs, RCACs, and AFH. As a team, we are proudly serving 16 counties in Western and Northwestern Wisconsin.
